Our state-of-the-art CNC milling and turning centers allow IPI to support our customers’ short turnaround times and deliver both high and low volume production run quantities. Implemented lean manufacturing techniques minimizes machine downtime.

Our sheet metal department and sheet metal mechanics allow IPI to fabricate in many alloys. Personnel are cross trained in assembly and product standards.

Our sheet metal capabilities allow us to use the following techniques:

  • Press Brake Bending
  • Die Forming
  • 5-Axis Waterjet Cutting
  • Sheet Metal

    Our in-house hydroform and ability to interpret lofted data allows IPI to fabricate lofted parts.

  • Interpret / develop 3D loft from 2D prints
