CNC Machining

Our state-of-the-art CNC milling and turning centers allow IPI to support our customers’ short turnaround times and deliver both high and low volume production run quantities. Implemented lean manufacturing techniques minimizes machine downtime.

We manufacture in most metals and alloys, complete to customer specifications including:

Precision Sheet Metal

 

 

 Our sheet metal department and sheet metal mechanics allow IPI to fabricate in many alloys. Personnel are cross trained in assembly and product standards.

Our sheet metal capabilities allow us to use the following techniques:

  • Press Brake Bending
  • Die Forming
  • 5-Axis Waterjet Cutting

    		 At IPI we are commited to providing high customer satisfaction. To achieve this goal IPI has implemented and maintained a third-party registered ISO9001 and AS9100 quality system. We are also DDTC registered. Our adoption and integration of procedures, state-of-the-art equipment, and experienced personnel allows IPI to meet any customer’s requirements.

    Honing

    		 In conjuction with our CNC Machining capabilities our Honing Department allows us to deliver high tolerances products, and products requiring special surface roughness requirements.

    • And some plastics

    Hydroforming

    Our in-house hydroform and ability to interpret lofted data allows IPI to fabricate lofted parts.

    Our Hydroforming experience allows us to:

  • Form lofted webs, ribs, and stiffeners.
  • Develop hydroform tooling
  • Fabricate contoured support assemblies
  • Interpret / develop 3D loft from 2D prints
